SHIPMENTS
Our shipments are all made with an anonymous package and from a different sender, to protect the most complete privacy on the products purchased.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no.185 / 99 regarding the right of withdrawal:

Purchases made on our site like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, given that they take place outside of business premises, are protected by Legislative Decree n.185 of 22 May 1999 which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending within the aforementioned term of 10 working days from receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: “Seduzione By Davoli”, Via Innocenzo XI, 9 – 00165 Rome. The communication can be sent within the same term, by telegram or fax provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within the following 48 hours. This communication must strictly contain the order number, the codes of the products to be returned as well as the quantity for each code, and the bank details (complete iban code).

The products and packaging, subject to reconsideration, must be returned by the consumer in conditions of substantial integrity to the same address used for the registered letter.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:

lack of original packaging
use of the article
absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, battery charger, instruction manuals, etc.)
damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, we will, as soon as possible (at the latest within 30 working days), credit the customer with the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, the amount of the shipping costs that will remain. in any case charged to the customer.

Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons who act, for purposes not related to their professional activity.

Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories:

a) lingerie and clothing items.
